It's happened to me, in other areas to. It's probably a 2.5 issue. I just open the keypad, put it in Landscape and all is well. Manila hides behind something, or something like that. Can't remember the full explanation..

HDFL was working greeeeat for several days for me, so good I even put it on the wife's phone (she wont use it if its buggy/crashing).

Then it kept crashing upon going to landscape when texting. I remember this problem from other ROMs but just started experiencing it on Silence. Everything else is great though, memory usage is amazing for a 2.5 ROM.

I dont get that landscape glitch at all in sms? Weird...

I've been running this room for a while now. Gotta say, i'm a believer! (HDFL, that is...)

battery life is decent - memory usage is fantastic - Manila is snappy - ... everything just works. Which is nice. The few minor graphical glitches from the HD2 manila are a minor inconvenience when everything works to well..

Just wanted to thank you once again for your great work & generosity. Your ROM's are GREAT...

Quick question about the 2.5 mail tab, is the e-mail display supposed to be as small as it is? I flashed with your 2.5 ROM and looked at the email tab, & the email display almost goes the lengh of the screen.

Then I flashed to v011 and added the email tab (linked above), now when I go to the e-mail tab, the email display is a lot shorter in lengh.

Is this supposed to be like this? or did I do something wrong?
by the way, I did a Hard reset after flashing each version of the ROMs

i was thinking, since i only experienced it in the dialer after a call, it had more to do w/ it being a gsm dialer problem rather than 2.5. its ok, just need to remember clise out dialer, tap x, then go threw manila (seems to avoid the prob.)

i seen that post 2, an he/she wasvon sprint. but i believe he prolly installed arcsoft to send mms and isnt talking bout using/sending threw htc messaging. theres another thread bout this that has a fix 4 verizon but not sprint, at least not yet. ppl are trying to work on it
