The light still does flash on a new sms - not sure how long since it is grayed out you can't change it.

i cant update my weather.

yes i ran the provisioning cab
and even did the *228 but still nada.

are you sure its connected? i found on the 003 build that you may ocne have to go to connections than edit than back out of that by cancelling than try again and it works.... kind of kick starts the connection again... only had to do that once on the 003 and will be flashing the new here shortly.

I made a .cab that enables the grayed out "Flash Light For" field for Text Messages/SMS. Just enables registry HKCU\ControlPanel\Notifications\{A877D65B-239C-47a7-9304-0D347F580408

Is anyone else getting stuck in 1X more often than usual? I generally have 3G but lately I've seen more, and spent more time in 1X than anything else. I'm on verizon. Not sure if its a local network issue or if its ROM-related.

The ROM wouldn't be affecting your signal since it doesn't change the radio. More than likely it's something to do with your local network signal.

Maybe try unlocking your SIM and flash a different radio. That actually might help you get a better signal.

on newest update today its been great thus far. i had one freeze but never reset after installation of apps. other than that it has been a dream. everything is really smooth, crip, and has a nice touch sensitivity especially on touchflo. everything is working great including data, texts, mms, etc. thanks for the great rom
