I just installed this rom. Does anybody know how to change the start menu to have three columns with big icons? The current one is too small for me.

So what's new in the new version? Should I just stick to the old one that I have been using for over a month or is it worth it to flash the new one and reinstall everything?

Iv got to say it again.

groove man you are freakin awsome. I dont know what you do different but your rom is as fast as the tp2 should before htc and sprint got their mangy hands on it.

iv yet to find or build a rom even half as fast as yours

I can't remember exactly, and I don't have my kitchen with me, but new Youtube, new sys, Office 2010, new volume control, new quickgps, and lots of other new system packages..

is anyone else having this issue?

When i run mail and setup an exchange server itl work at first. then it will crash showcase and freeze the phone.

after a reset whenever i run mail it freezes the phone. sometimes i can get the power button to work to reset the phone, others i have to push the red reset button.

other than that it works great. the new IE SUCKS but opera 10 is great and everything else seems to work great.

I tried reinstalling showcase before setting up my email. it had no effect. fyi
edit: this time system32 crashed.just in case ima flash the original rom and see what happens.

I assume you're talking about the 28014 rom, since it's the one with Showcase built in. IMO, showcase is buggy and causes issues, and these 280XX builds are buggy too. I haven't updated that rom tree recently, because the builds lack stability IMO. I just run com2 (218XX) builds personally.

Do you have any previous builds? The last One I used worked great. Unfortunately I cannot find the Dl for it. Or perhaps is your kitchen available for download. If showcase is what is causing the problem then I can just build a rom without it.

As I said, I prefer using your builds as they run faster than the rest.

Kitchen info in post 3. All previous builds are still on the server in their original link location, you just need to find the appropriate url.
