Hmmm, that's strange indeed. I've used both 6.5.x and 6.5 with six email accounts setup with 2 accounts on 15 minute intervals, two on 30 minute intervals, and the rest at one hour intervals with no issues. Mind you though, I ran those without any CABs installed besides a couple apps. What ROM are you on, as you didn't initially state that. Maybe try 15 minute intervals instead of 10?

Oh, and I started an IRC channel for MediumHill which is #MediumHill if anyone is interested.

I aplogize if this was covered already... I went back a ways and didn't see anything on this.

So I loaded up the new 6.5 Sense ROM from 10-20 for Verizon. I like it. It seems faster than the 6.5.x, though Ilike the icons, X's, and various other updates of the 6.5.x version better. We'll see if I like them better than the speed.

One thing though... I like it when the clock is on all the time, in every screen but, when I click that box, the battery meter goes away. Any way to have the battery meter and the clock?

Thanks,

John

I know. I am so used to 6.5.x that it is taking some getting used to going back to 6.5. For the last week, it has been a refreshing change for me and I appreciate more ram and a little more responsive than 6.5.x. The clock is really the only thing functionally that is really getting me too. I suppose you can just turn the clock on and then use battclock to know your battery usage.

Don't have a link at the moment, but maybe try Wisbar. Let's you edit your taskbar. Also I think advanced config or hd tweak has options as well maybe?

i have not done any stats on this mod, but i believe it helps shitons. i would like to know what is in it, but it works so well i threw my power cord away (jk) hehe. I only installed the main cab and nothing else it refers to. i'm using newest 6.5 rom, no cookie. now obviously, it wont do anything for u during the times that u are streaming pandora and browsing ppcg website, but when its asleep in your pocket all night long and u wake with 90% batt left u know its working. no bugs noticed yet.

anything new, dibbs? have u looked at manila 2019?

titanium rom. I will try the other options, just playing with a different rom at the moment, feeling out what I like/ don't like. Medium hill is still the best for me.

Hmm, maybe I will give it a look then.... Umm, been thinking about crackin' open the 2019, been listenin' to a couple people talkin about it in the irc channels. I'm not hearing it's super fantastic or anything, but I had made a sort of plan to maybe port it into my kitchen this weekend and see what how it goes.

Cool, let me know how it goes. Email is always one thing that gets tested pretty well on my end, as I obviously have too many email accounts ;) and that's just the ones that I load on the phone....
