Weil if nobody else has it figured out by tomorrow night and I get snowed in here like they say I am going to I'll have time to try it out. So far I am running 11 but it was by flashing 10 and using pimbackup and then flashing back to 11 and loading my contacts and calendar that way. I am just happy to have sparked an idea being new to posting on these.

I love these ROMs though, I have been hooked since v4

When I cook the generic rom...
- I select generic carrier cab (no sprint specific stuff)
- Keep the pagepool at 6 instead of 24
- Usually uncheck the following programs (when I take my "Don't forget" pills)
-- apps_Sprint_Arcsoft_MMS_5_0_82_79
-- Navigation - Sprint Navigation 2.1.40.0
-- Applications - WorldCard Mobile 1.0.2.17

There isn't much difference here. I am not having any issues and have decided to cook full steam ahead. Folks, I just don't see it. I haven't used activesync for years. I usually hook it up to activesync and copy files to my device often. I haven't had these issues and thus, I can't narrow it down since I don't have a problem...

Back to trying that new messaging client!

Can anyone get the In Call Recorder to work?
How about barcode scanners? I've tried a couple and none seem useable.

I'm a bit baffled too, 12-18 (S) sync straight off the flash, 12-20 (S) error code 800004005 straight off the flash with no cabs, and when I flash back to 12-18 (S) I can sync again just fine...so I guessing it's not my version of active sync since I can only duplicate the "issue" on the 12-20 version....however, i did flash the new Ski rom yesterday to see if it was an active sync problem an got a different error code (unable to recognize mobile device), so now I'm even more confused as to if this is a build issue or active sync issue.

Time to do some research. But will try generic to start.

I am using Barcorama for barcode reader and it is working for me. I hope that helps.
