RSTG, was able to flash xxxx (4x's) all the way through but no sync.
xxx would not flash
xx no sync

Ok, I have changed everything that I know of and added really nothing to my rom that would make it not sync with winxp. I have no issues and don't know what to tell you guys where to find an answer. Anyone found a common demonitor yet or a solution?

does anyone have any ideas why a mms message would show up with a date of 4/7/41? That was just so bizzare to me that I figured it could be related to the sync issue.

Also no activesync with generic 10. What's an easy way to flash now that activesync doesnt work? Sorta user friendly too lol

Well nevermind. I had set the phone in the cradle to tether for "internet sharing." For whatever network reason it didnt connect. While sitting at the internet sharing screen Activesync decided to recognize the phone as if it never had been sync'd before. So I went through the motions as if this was the first time syncing the phone to this computer or after a fresh flash and let it sync all over agian. Now it works and I was able to flash to generic 11.

ffkip911 are you using the sprint version or the generic version? I am using the sprint version and it is not working for me, wondering if the generic version would work.

Hey, RSTG what if I flashed generic and run a sprint dcd???? Doesn't seem like the generic folk are having active sync probs?????? You have more knowledge about this than I do.
