RSTG Roms - Sense 2.5 / Kitchen WM6.5_21876_5.17a .-. 1/27/10

I looked at the other two mississippi cities. Basically the code is just continentlcountrylstatelcity. So for Corinth I did NAMlUSlMSlCORINTH and it worked. I was able to add Corinth in the weather tab!

Now for "My location" which is both #1 city on the weather tab and the Home Page weather feed in the clock area. I have browsed to maps.google.com and put my location as Corinth, MS. Enabled GPS (and enabled My Location) on google maps program on the phone and even though it downloads data for my newly added city of corinth, it wont download weather data for "My Location" which is ....... Corinth, MS! lol All I get on home screen is "My Location" by the clock.

Hell I might just re-flash in the morning.

lol i hate when stuff like that just drives you nuts,as far as flashing he said he may update the rom on friday if im not mistaken

Thanks big time for all the help! The good news is that I was able to add my home city so when I go to weather and flick to city 2 of 2 I get what I need. Just not on the home screen

Without any other action on my part the "my location" feed began working today about 3pm CST!

My guess would be that whatever mechanism supplies the data is just slow or behind, lol.

But I have on my home screen an accurate weather data none the less.

has anyone tried hitting the BIG CLOCK on the home tab & selecting the city you live in from that menu once you've added the city to weather tab? it works like a champ on the roms i've tested

Anyone else having problems with SMS with this ROM? When I send a message, it just goes to the outbox...it never sends.

Try this--this fixes the usual sms probs--if it doesn't, report back

I think that did it! Does that just disable the HTC SMS or other HTC stuff too. It seems like my volume control went back to standard windows volume...
