My location has never failed me. I had a bit of trouble getting it to work in 1.05 but I just played with the settings and I got it to work. You should enable it in Location Settings in Settings->System first then go to the weather tab, hit menu and go to enable location. That worked for me.

Alltel specific problem, I believe. My location only works in 1x or wifi. GPS works great.

The Manila Locker add on has not been updated. We are all waiting for amarullz to update it. He created the current Manlia 2.5 VGA Full Landscape Port.

amarullz "to do list":
1.Manila version 2012 Compatible Screen Locker
2.Port tweaks that worked on older versions to Manila 2012 .
3.Aparently a Manila based dialer for us VGA boys.
3.Manila Based Task Switching solution.

This is all speculation for now. He has been MIA since February 21'st. No word on anything since then.

If you use Manila that is what should pop up? If you use Titanium the windows stock contact manager opens.

Yeah,
1.04 NFS switched to another HTC dialer app that was less buggy and more stable. I'm fairly certain that is the reason auto prepend stopped working last build. (Nfs want to chime in?)


My opinion on dialer situation is NFSFAN might want to consider what he did in the past with the Touch Vogue.

He removed the buggyish HTC Dialers and left it stock with a skinned stock bug free Microsoft dialer.

Then people goto pick and choose which dialer and knew what was wrong with each dialer.

This makes sense to me. I dunno. Not our call to make or tell NFSFAN what to do. This is entirely upto NFSFAN, this is his ROM.

nevermind on that screen issue....reset my phone and is now working..but im getting lots of issues each time i plug the phone into the computer....sync takes forever to show on my computer and my phone freezes up....

I did notice it was skinned differently but i can't tell if thats something in a newer WM build or something NFSFAN decided to do.

I'm hoping he'll added manilla locker back in next build... the only way to get WM to lock it self that i know of is to use the built in timer. I'd much prefer if it had a time out or something like other lockers.

I currently use smartlock for that function but i'd prefer to just have it built into the rom. Especialy since i like to keep a long timer on the WM password protection and just use manilla locker for anti-pocket dial duty.

I can post the stock Microsoft one. The HTC one does not work with 6.5.X. So no go.

No it does not work with 6.5.X properly. Feel free to add it yourself though. Beware it wont work right on 6.5.x

Is anyone else getting a black box instead of a text input area with the sense ui enabled? I obviously, currently am until i get a text message from some one then the UI forces it self into place.

You can address questions all you want but the only person's word i'm going to take as absolute on this is NFSFAN's. Just because you give an answer doesn't mean all discussion on the topic has to stop.
