*Updated March 5th* NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5.5 ROMs

just wondering if anyone else is having problems with screen rotation. when using manila i cannot slide open the device without the screen going blank. slide it back into the closed position and everything is fine. doesnt do this with windows default.

other than that it is amazing.

and one other question, i have never really payed attention to memory use, but with the new task switcher, even with no apps open, i seem to be using up to half of my memory. and having 1-3 apps open seems to put it into the "yellow" zone with memory. just wondering if this is normal. running on a sprint tp fyi.

yep thats normal..manila 2.5 hasnt been fully ported/or ported from something that had no landscape...its supposed to look that way for now.
and i think the 2.5 takes up plenty of space..again, i think thats just normal.

Well I love this rom... only one problem.

Any idea why some roms can do cellid location in google maps and some can't? This is one that can't.

That makes no sense to me either. I think it's the package version of the googlelocationservice that the chef uses that determines this. I really love that ability to get my location via cell towers, without having to fire up GPS. For a while you could always count on NRG's ROM's to deliver this feature, but alas those have lost that ability as well...
