Start HTC Sense, go to Settings > Personalize > Manila Locker > Enable Lock Screen

I can't seem to get the data working. I've installed the Sprint Provisioning cab already. Did a soft reset too, but it's not able to download anything from data, internet browser (NFSFAN opera 10) also not working.
