Re: *Updated December 10th* NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5.x ROMs

Previous versions of Arcsoft was not working for me no matter what I did. I found a new version of Arcsoft and now my picture mail is working great!

Re: *Updated December 10th* NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5.x ROMs

Seems NFSFAN is AFK?
Anyway,
I have been having texting issues with both 1.01 and 1.02 roms that seemed to be associated with the Sprint provisioning cab.
If i do not install it, texting is fine and works without issue.
With it installed I get all kinds of weird texting issues including:
no notification or message at all or notification but no message when selected.
Is there an update to the Sprint provisioning cab I can try?
Is there something else I can use to JUST turn on the GPS and not get anything else from the cab?
thx,
Marshall

I'm guessing my question wasn't clear.

How can I turn on the GPS on my Sprint Touch pro without the provisioning cab?

Re: Sprint GPS

@12

The only thing in the NFSFAN Sprint provisioning cab is a zero byte file called dummy.txt that goes into the windir and two registry entries. They add the sprint server/port agps info. There is nothing in the cab file relating to the problems you describe.

[HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS]
"ServerIP"="68.28.31.49" ;string
"ServerPort"=5017 ;dword decimal

Anytime. The only way I know how to change these is with the available themes for titanium. You can find them in Start-->Settings-->Home
You'll see a list of themes to choose from on that screen

Re: *Updated December 10th* NFSFAN's Custom WM6.5.x ROMs

Man, I'm really bummed that NFSFAN isn't around to make more ROMs. I don't mind using some other ROMs, but like the clean look and stock feel of this one (without having to install a bunch of CABs to undo other chefs customizations).

I Agree... although I loaded 1.02b on 12/6 and I haven't flashed my phone since, it's been the most stable and usable I've had. Almost 4 weeks since I last flashed... gotta be some kind of record for me.
