Anybody else have problems getting the email service to take a Gmail account??

What's happening for you? It wasn't syncing for me at first after I first set it up in ActiveSync, but it worked after I restarted the device. I've been struggling these past few days where the whole phone locks up after I get everything set up. I'm wondering if it's related to Gmail. I've flashed it 3 times now.

Every now and then, then when I restart, it'll go to the "Tap the screen to set up your Windows phone" screen as if I had just reflashed it. Any ideas?? After many successful flashes, this is the first time I've had an issue. I might have to try again with an older ROM.

Update: tried flash dancing to see if that will help. seems to have helped others with similar symptoms after a flash.

how do i download the rom for sprint,the link i found was a cab file n im sure how that can be flashed

You probably downloaded the carrier cab for sprint. You have to install that after you flash the rom. The rom download link is at the top of the first post where it says "CLICK HERE FOR ROM".

A rar file is a archive, extract it to get the files you need. If you don't know what a rar is you may want to do some reading before you attempt flashing a custom rom

Is the "finger friendly volume control" ever making a return, or is it something I should just hunt down myself?

Also still waiting to hear if there is a fix for the camera not auto-rotating images. If I set it to auto-rotate in the Advanced Config, it makes the camera hang afte ra picture is taken and the image file is corrupted.

someone correct me if im wrong, but i believe the old style 'finger friendly' volume isnt compatable with the 6.5.x builds. thats why you dont see it on any of the new roms...extinct

I can't believe this ROM is still around! very nice support for it, I wish NFSFAN would make a ROM for the TP2 or at least consider it haha! I'm going to flash this ROM to my spare TP and mess around for a bit.
