im using 1.04 at the moment, im wondering why everytime i switch to landscape mode i have a quarter inch of black space left on the side and then it always switches back to the normal view even with my keyboard out..hopefully this new version can fix this problem.

I called HTC, they said if its the keyboard, around $120, if its more than that probably, they think it will be $340, my warranty expired 1 month ago. they said its sorry.. u would have to pay..
I had it serviced twice, would you think they would fix it,..

I've been having problems for the past 2 or 3 weeks intermittenly, a soft reset would usually fix it,
I've heard alot of others on past reviews about they keyboards, problems.. its usually the phone.

Hey,

I have been having the same problem. Temporarily, I fixed the problem by taking the battery out, and pushing down really hard on the spacebar and turn it on. That fixed it for me. Apparently there is a problem with a the flex cable under the keyboard.

Give it a shot.

Thanks for the tip, will try that soon... that is very helpfull..
i just called someone from Tampa Fl on craigslist, they sell a new tp2 flashed to metro for around $380... gonna check this out on Fri..

Seems like the keyboard is working for now..
thats part is good, I was looking forward to getting the TP2... hahaha..

Patiently waiting for the update...

Trying to decide whether to get a TP2, or wait and see if the HD2 ever comes to Sprint. I'd switch to T-Mo just to get the HD2, but then I'd lose my SERO plan... and I'm taking that to my grave! LOL

I would like the HD2 myself, but probably will settle for TP2.. waiting to see..
