Hey NFSFAN. I'm a little late to the party, but I've finally moved on from the Vogue with your awesome ROM and ended up on a Touch Pro again with your awesome ROM.

Just a couple suggestions for 1.06:

1) Include QuickGPS application (It's nice to have if you leave the country and don't/can't use your data to pull the data directly from the AGPS server).

2) Add the following 2 registry entries to enable "my location" feature in google maps (allows a Cell Tower approximated loaction before GPS kicks in):

supports_extended_ril  value=1 

supports_extended_wifi value=1

3) Update to GoogleMaps 4.10 (now includes voice search)

4) Possibly update swype to newest version (3.9.10.10.5032)

5) I'm not sure how to accomplish this, but in NRGZ28's TP rom, you can use the scroll wheel to browse through your contacts in the dialer. You can also use it to select files in file explorer.

I'm liking 1.05, smooth and simple, yet still packed wit options, eagerly looking forward to 1.06!

Anyone know how to get the character count to display while composing a text message? Is it a registry entry or does some different mix of files need to be cooked into the ROM?
