man ive used every iteration of your roms...only had this problem on the last rom and now this one...im redownload,reflashing, etc etc...the wierd thing is...this is a new phone...i just got it about a week ago...

You sir ROCK!!!! This is hands down the BEST rom and if you can get the xt9 dictionary to work it will be so awesome!

Yeah I noticed that too. I dont particularly care about it though.....you could always install gadgetfreaks round taskbar...I did so on the 9.29 release of psykis....and it has all the icons necessary.

Yup, hardly an issue to fret over, I tend to just leave BT on all the time anyway, if anything it's saving me notifications room. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Or you could download the kitchen, I have several taskbar options to choose from (or just stock if you want).

I don't use bluetooth but this was posted in grooves Topaz smoke rom thread when others were having the same issue......

Dont think I'm not appreciative...psyki has great stuff, I just had very high expectations.

The ring/vib has always did that to me even on other roms besides Psyki's...

My function key works as it is supposed to....IDk

I grabbed that from Mighty's 6.5 but unsure since I don't think that was Manila2.1 and I don't know if that will make a difference....
Otherwise like Psyki has stated the kitchen has options for that....

I didn't get the feeling you were being unapprieciative at all but I wanted to try and get your issues resolved b4 Psyki starts spitting out TP2 roms because his time will be limited for us TP users.....

My tastes for the TP matches Psyki's pretty much right after flash....lol
All I install is my my update profile/prl cab, nfl mobile, cleartemp, and my clear clock....
After that I'm ready to go.....
I don't blame the expectations part because Psyki's roms has also made me like that also from him being so damn talented!
I love this rom and I ran the beta build for a week and a half because it's the best rom I ever used.....
This rom has exceeded my expectations IMO

In manila, text messages shows one unread even after reading it. Is there a fix for this?

the " : " is off on the hardware keyboard.

I've done quite a bit of work today on the phone and made progress but then have been set back again. Similar to what I posted in #28 and what somebody else posted in #35, after a seemingly random soft-reset I've been greeted again by the setup routine. More detail : before this happened I tested the RAR that I downloaded with 7Zip and it tested out fine, so I flashed fresh again and then did a clear storage and then started to slowly install some apps. After getting most of my stuff installed I did a soft reset and then a complete shutdown and it kept coming back so I figured that perhaps I indeed had just had a bad flash initially. Finally, I soft reset again and all of the sudden there it was doing the setup process. I'm a bit stumped at this point as I've never had such problems before flashing multiple ROMs.

Oh yeah, sorry to add to the post count but one other oddity that I have noticed is that the WiFi icon at the top seems to be on all of the time. I checked to make sure that I did not have it running and didn't, so I did start it and then I had 2 of them! Stopped it and was back to 1. Has anybody else noticed this or perhaps this is a symptom of my possibly corrupt download and / or flash?

Hey hey! 4 columns!

I ended up using the GF taskbar again...I liked the new ones over the stock, but I like the GF over the new ones. My fave icons are those from EnergyROM though...he did great with those. Might be because my favorite color is blue.

Basically my entire install is back to the same of 9.29, but with the underlying system of 11.5. I'm sorry to see this is the final. Maybe I'll brave up and check out the kitchen. I've just not had the time, nor the courage to do so.
