I have found a problem that the programs are not closing. I will check the task manager and a program I used 10 minutes ago is still open.

Anyone have the same problem?

Its not a problem with the ROM itself its htc taskmanager not shutting them down. Seems using any other task manager will fix this. Showcase suit task manager works...
basically any taskmanager but htc version. I will make sure to fix this in a future build.

does this rom have googlemaps w/ A-GPS (radio signal triangulation) location

This ROM has the new googlemaps build not sure about A-GPS.

Ok, tried dl'ing the Bell version and it wasn't able to extract properly. I then tried dl'ing both generic and Bell again. I had connection problems and they partially got downloaded. I tried again and then the Mediafire isn't allowing me to grab it. Does anyone have an idea how I can get this ROM?

Yes it seems you are correct the Bell download is corrupt. Dam RAR!
Seems to happen 1 out 10 times.
As for the General COBRAv1.1 23504 download it is fine.

Possibility for Manila 2.5 baked into ROM? I have been playing with multiple ROMs and your's is the best, snappiest, etc. It would be perfect if 2.5 was in there.

I am a 100% titanium type of guy BUT Manila 2.5 looks sweet and they are very near fixing all of the bugs.

Me Longhorn and Virus are talking about building a Collaboration ROM in the near future and this would have Manila and if 2.5 is where it should be then good chance it will have that. Keep you all posted on this

That would be exceptional. I'm a titanium preferer, but the idea of a collaboration between my 2 favourite cookers, yourself and longhorn, is very exciting.

Looking forward to seeing if this will come to fruition.
