Re: [110709] TopazSmoke ROM & Kitchen (Build 21874.5.0.83) [plus COM5 & Manila 2.5 be

Manila 2.5 is very pretty but it's too buggy for daily use.

I'm loving the 21874 version, very stable.

thanks for the updates...

Your 2.5 runs really well. Everything I need works - I don't need footprints or twitter so I haven't used those or tested them. Picture mail, SMS, works perfectly out of the box, eh, ROM. I couldn't find the Settings icon when I clicked start, this isn't a big deal as I can get there through All Settings in 2.5.

Thanks for the 2.5 beta indagroove

u must be really really low on ur stash to have all this time on the pc to put out so many great versions!

what's the difference with com3 and com5?

is there any chance of getting the movable start menu icons back from the old 2301x rom days

I just uploaded a new Manila 2.5 version with the slider issue fixed, and a couple of other minor things. It's at the same link posted previously.

They are different development trees, but very similar right now. I'm "working" today with a good internet connection, and a bit of "standing around". Will likely have a non-Manila COM3 rom up today, similar to the COM5 one posted, but with the new 23088 sys. These builds have the movable start menu icons.

All of the roms have been updated with the S2A fix, and here's a rom with the latest COM3 build, sys 23088, similar to the COM5 build recently posted:

Also, the kitchen now includes working Manila 2.5.

im guessing the ones with movable start menu icons are the one with the funky buttons and start menu at bottom right? i'm trying to get the movable icons back in the (what is it com2?) old school style 6.5 but newer sys, 21874 is rocking great

I think there may have been a mix up. The manila 2.5 rom is link is actually the com 5...I think.

Yeah I did too. Look up. I think it has been corrected though. I am reflashing and I will let you know if a few.

Tp

Still not correct. Don't download manila 2.5 until Groove fixes the link.

Yup, I messed those up. Re-uploading COM3 now, then Manila 2.5. As soon as the previously posted links are active and you are able to get them to download, they will be the right roms. Prolly be about 40 minutes for COM3 and another 40 or so for Manila 2.5. Sorry bout that -- trying to work, build and upload all at the same time here..

While you are waiting, feel free to give this thread a nice rating, umkay?
