[6.5.1][6.5NK][WWE][MurdaROM][1.08][101309]

This is my first ROM so it's not going to be perfect. It uses the latest 23064 sys/xip. It is based of the update to 6.5, which is being called 6.5.1 There are some enhancement to 6.5 that some will and some won't like. These include a smaller taskbar at the top but a bigger taskbar at the bottom. Due to this not all programs will display properly. This should be fixed as time goes but just remember that you may have display issues that can't be fixed at the moment. Another possible issue for some is that menu's sometimes are more finger friendly but display much less information that you maybe used to. Also of note is that this uses 2.1 Manilla which is only compatible with mods made for 2.1 not 2.0 or 1.2. Also many taskbar mods can mess with the bottom taskbar buttons.

That being said this should be very stable with only minor issues. This version of my ROM is for someone who wants to flash their phone have a good program to do everything you want and a Stable/Fast phone, that happens to have some flash to its look. You can customize plenty to your liking but after 1st boot you can do just about anything you want without needing to download/install anything first. i've been using your rom for the better part of today, and its really stable. the only thing i would really change is what i said above about the added software... i would offer cabs, but don't worry too much about loading it up because thats just going to make people not want to use it.

i installed the large stock sprint keyboard cab, everything works with that, in case anyone's curious..

only thing is, the send button for the txting sometimes disappears, but so far, it works regardless.

Is the program list just partial or is it a complete list.

I completely agree with this. Keep the footprint small and only install the necessary components and utilities that are generally used by most. That way people can install only the apps they need. Thanks.

op, thanx for the pm, folders "stock" look kinda bugs me and no google maps also. little heavy for my liking also. using tf looks odd also where the slider and tabs are because start icon ect takes up room. very fast though and i love finger kb2 on roms. opera build is snappy too.

With 1.04 you should have no problems with using any home screen you want.

I'm still working on the Start menu icons, maybe 1.05 will have them. As far as the google maps thing, I removed to to slim the ROM down some and also to let people install only what they really want. I like kb2 also but I did remove it from 1.04 also to let people install what they want,im just trying to give people a strong base for now. I do have plans on releasing a FULLY loaded ROM at some point.

the nbh file you sent me had finger kb2, so i got a old rom? maybe thats the problem then, what did you send me?

This is a great ROM, but I really miss the HTC compact qwerty with T9. Can anybody point me to a compatible cab? I found one that came off the diamond, but the resolution is way off. Any help would be much appreciated.

Good job trentonmac! This is only the second ROM I've flashed and the first was Mighty's. I use my phone for work and it's critical that it be reliable. Keep up the good work.
