Re: [SilenceROM Final Build 23016 Manila 2.1 Native 6.5 Kernel SEPT.15.09]

Does anybody have a list of push services in this ROM? I love all the functionality but at work I get pretty crap reception so I'd like to disable all calls to the network if possible to save battery life.

Funny, it was working for me last night, but now it's not. The GPS weather thing is working, though. I drove to another town this morning and it automatically changed the forecast location. I installed the "disable push internet" cab. Could that cause it to not work?

Hmm... JD's Arcsoft cab for sprint from the previous thread isn't sending picture messages (it says they send but are never received), and the link in the FAQ to the Arcsoft cabs is dead.

Anybody have any other working solutions for MMS with Sprint?

Re: [SilenceROM Final Build 23016 Manila 2.1 Native 6.5 Kernel SEPT.15.09]

I have no idea if this is in any form related to this ROM, nor does it matter to me as I'll be trying a different one in just a minute.
Just an FYI from a passerby:
I installed this latest build:
[SilenceROM Final Build 23016 Manila 2.1 Native 6.5 Kernel SEPT.15.09]
I installed the .cab for the Audible.com audiobooks.
Found that the AudibleAir app didn't recognize that I had a storage card.
Found that Explorer read the storage card just fine.
Found that upon trying to install any other .cab file that during the install process it showed no storage card for installation (despite the .cab actually residing on it and 1gb free memory)

change your theme to something else in settings -> today, then soft reset, then set the original theme back. works for me every time.
