Does anyone know an alternative to using OEM Package creator? Those .cab fixes won't extract using it to make an OEM for me to cook. Any ideas?

Also I am working on Rhodium 2.1 and this is my problem........

UPDATE: I've narrowed this issue down to installation problems with the language files. I'm working on getting a stable OEM to fix this.
