Been trying to duplicate this all day. Every time it takes me to the proper call history tab. Maybe you need to flash to stock first then flash to a cooked ROM. Happens when you flash a lot.

Just go to the phone tab and click on View 1-2 steps including sliding your finger lol

Never used it so did not include it in my ROM. Might add it in future releases. You could always track down a cab and install it.
