Yes, I did this as like you told me to do a few posts back. The only way I can seem to avoid this problem is to not use TF3D or whatever it is now called on 6.5. Only problem with this is that using the phone without this user friendly interface is a bit of a pain and someone confusing.

Only other thing I can think of is I did optimize the cache and that could cause an effect for the low memory Verizon devices.

Systems
Advanced Config
Performances
Change:
File system cache size to 2mb
Glyph cache to 32KB

Quick question (I did a search of the thread, didn't see anything):

1.) Should the 'options' selection do anything when my today screen has weather selected?

2.) My weather page doesn't seem to update, or when it does its random... Is there a 'master thread' somewhere that talks about the titanium-weather version this rom has in it?

Yes it should open the weather settings/options

Did you hard reset after installing the ROM?

Finally got a chance to play with the new rom. I have three issues.

1. Active Sync seems to be on ALL THE TIME draining the battery. How do i fix this?

2. The number that changed colors with the battery level has gone missing. How do i get it back?

3. No video poker.

The ROM is very stable.

I havent noticed this, but i have noticed that the battery life is horrible on 1.6! I'll be lucky if i get a full day of very light use...

Telus 1.04.05v

Phone just went from 97% (took it off charger) then after a couple hours its down to 60%... havent even used it yet today...

EDIT: Just saw the activesync process running in taskman, killed it... gonna see if this has any effect.

This ROM was built around having great battery life. Not sure why yours is draining that fast. I consider myself a heavy user and I make it till 11:00pm each night with 25-30%.
Have you gone into:

System Tools
Battery
Set for "Battery Saver Settings"

One of the first things I did. Also went through advanced config and made sure all the battery saving stuff was enabled. Have it set to turn off data after 30seconds as well.

EDIT: ok just went to send a txt and i went from 54% battery to 46% in a matter of seconds... this cant be normal
