ok sorry for not being around the past 2 days...very busy on the homefront...as far as the battery goes i get 2 days with the stock 1.03 radio...i have indicated in the first thread that other radios give different results. so it comes down to the radio you choose.

any idea why Slide to unlock 1.62 stops working until i soft reset? It will work for a few hrs then stop auto locking itself.

i actually have no idea why...it is not a part of my rom nor do i use it personally...hopefully another user can chime in as to why. i am very sorry as this is the only solution i have.

I'm thinking you should do this rom with 2.1 manila that was released the other day.

I would have no reason to flash to anything else.

i installed radio 1.03 with this rom. before using yay4.0 rom...seems like sometimes i need to start googlemaps or livesearch before getting tomtom to run. 4.0 didn't seem to have that problem.

technically it wasnt released it was ported and i played around with it over the weekend only to discover it had more bugs than a sally struthers kid. If it ever gets "released" for real for the tp ill glady put it in. but not until then...defeats the purpose of my rom.

I have been using Manilla 2.1 for the last 2 days and liking it a lot better than the original Rhodium port. Still have to find something that I don't like or something that doesn't work like it should. So, thought I'll ask the expert - Yay 4 Juggs, can you please tell me some of the issues that you experienced, or things that you didn't like, etc.

I am really tempted for Yay 4 Juggs + Manilla 2.1 too.

ok i did some more testing with 2.1 and came up with a very annoying error...when trying to send a text message i kept getting an error about a sim card...anyone else come across this? i dont recall reading about this being a bug...will look into it further.

Talk to JMZ, I think he had that issue in his rom and fixed it.
