open the city.xml file under the applet today and change the Units to either S or M stardard or metric. This must be set for each city. By default it make the city Metric. If you change it to S it will be Far not Cel. If you have trouble just ask. That applet lacks alot since it has only a select few cities it the list. I will be swaping it out im sure for something better soon.
