is there an instruction guide on how install this on my alltel touch pro?
Iv never flashed to a new ROM and i have no clue how to do so..

no you dont have to purchase pointui.

instruction are the same on all roms check the stickies for instructions. They take up alot of space.

Even with those instructions I am completely lost on even where to start... Ughh.

Those instructions are about as easy as it will get. There is a video tutorial and everything...just make sure the ROM you are flashing to is compatible with your carrier/phone and you should be fine.

Is this just like every other ROM in that it will fully install everything I need (except MMS) or do I have to take extra step because of this "pointui" thing? Never used pointui so I am lost.

Very curious as to where to get this, i tried looking for the SenseSuite, and home 2 and downloaded and installed same version, but i guess this rom has the htc HERO theme which i like, got it working on my TP without any issues but i would love to throw that on my wizard qvga but can't seem to find that theme anywhere

Okay so I have my phone unlocked and all, and extracted the files. Im a little confused on what files Im supposed to open up first though. What am I clicking on to get this ROM onto my phone?

extract that rom download with winrar or similar. then, connect your phone to computer and establish activesync. then, open the romupdateutility.exe file, and the flashing process will begin.

how long should it take to install. Mine seems to be stuck on the Windows Mobile Install screen, when its customizing... Its about half done but.....

it takes a few minutes. around 5 i'd say.
