Update... well I thought everything was fine. I just checked my phone and I still have access to all data; even though I have the nodata cab file installed and "sprint" and "phone as a modem" disabled. I checked it after in installed the cab file and I couldn't access the internet. Now when I went to check my text I noticed the weather was updated. i'm assuming you reboted after you installed the no data? might want to also kill active sync. there's a cab for that too.
