conflipper found a new sprint radio 1.12.34F but its in raw form, can someone convert this to nbh so its flashable?

1.12.34 for me could not lock on to a roaming tower quick enough...went back to telus 1.04

im on sprint btw

Thanks for your help guys. I'm not exactly sure when the problem started because everybody doesn't always leave a voicemail if I don't answer my phone, so I never knew if I was missing calls. The radio stats seem pretty good using ##debug## with Rx Power of -60 dbm Rx Ec/Io 9db and Rx FER at 0.00. But I will give it another day or two.
