Re: [JUL 12] *11 Radios Available* Updated Touch Pro CDMA Radio Archive Thread
anyone have any experience which radio works best in twin cities MN?
My current Sprint radio 1.03 something gives me a Rx of -95-103dbm. Tried the verizon radio and it increased to -69dbm. This morning I tried the sprint 1.11F and it went back down to -103dbm.. I have a poor sprint signal at work.. |

Over the past few days... The heat reduction is almost worth keeping the radio... But I do use the GPS at least a few times a week... Maybe I'll roll back to v1.12.20F and report back if I have any difference there. |

When talking about radio signal the lower the better. -50 is better than -100. At home I get -110 and I have to move before I answer the phone. At work I get -60 and that plus my aircard is awesome. |

But in terms of your phone radio, absolutely not. A few hundred feet from a cell tower my signal level is now -68 dbm with all 6 bars. At home where I've had missed calls, delayed texts and VMs, I get anywhere from about -88 to -96 dbm. There's the proven example. |
