I wouldn't call it unusable. But the UI is different and not in a way that gets along nicely with the HTC applications. If you strip your phone of all HTC applications (drivers are OK - just the stuff that interacts with the UI is a problem), you should be fine with 23028.

OK everyone. I'm not really back, but I have had a little time in a lul between points in life this week. Da_G just shared 23047 and its pretty refined and cleaned up... at least at first glance and according to what others are saying. So I will put it together and share it tonight if at all possible - sys/rom folders and a prebuilt rom.
