How does one move an ICON from one of the subfolder to the "top" of the start menu? for example, if I want to move the task manager ICON from the Settings/System folder to the top of the Start menu, how do I do that? There doesn't seem to be a way to drag it up a level.

have you tried using total commander...cut and paste?

I usually rearrange the icons through activesync on the PC, easiest way for me...
