Re: JD 2.01-lr3 082009 (23031) (new 23037 beta2 post 5 082709)
JD,
Couple of other things that I noticed. 1.) On the home menu there are two arrows showing up on the right and left hand side. It only shows when you highlight the following: Pictures Text Calender Favorites 2.) The Com Manager is showing that the Data Connection is off but I am still getting internet access. (Should it say Data on?) 3.) In IE when you set the Zoom it does not stay..... everytime that I go to another page I have to reset the zoom. Thanks JD for all your work. I'll let you know if I find anything else. |

1. may have something to do with the virtual memory allocation but this has since been fixed 2. Mine seems to shut off data .... are you looking to block access to the web ? 3. thats something msft will have to fix it gets on my nerves too |

I did not read this anywhere So someone correct me if I am wrong But it has been my understanding that it only displays "On" when the data connection is currently being used, meaning when you are uploading or downloading bytes. Switching this to "Off" kills that connection but does not prevent future connections. |

2.) No I'm not looking to shut it off was just wondering if it should show on. |

Currently running 23037 (b1) and really enjoying it. It seems a lot more stable than previous builds with the new GUI. Downloading b2 now and will flash after class today. Thanks JD

When moving items to the top you must move it over the item where you want it to go so it highlights white behind, hope this helps you out. |
