Can I build an iPhone 3g into my phone without having to flash your ROM? Is there a cab for that?

Ok well I wanted to using grooveROM and Juicy lately, if I flash to urs, will it still be as better? Also I want to make sure I flash newest, so 9.9 rite? Where do i find 9.9 I don't want to flash less, thanks
