Second Today Screen is a built in OPTION with the" Tech1 MultiMedia Super ROM7.5TF3D/2D 6.5 23007", but you will still need "TFDetacher" install to the main memory and "TFdetacher 6.5 2D" both downloads are below, install to the main memory also, so rest your TP.... With this option installed on your TP, you can now go in the "TriPod/Quad Pod Mode, one touch to 4 home screens... The Quad Pod Mode give you access to 4 home screens, example if you had Spb Mobile Shell on your TP, enjoy.....{LOL}
These are the new instructions that are now in post #4. Their is a brown folder "Tools Folders" on the 3D icon page with the Second Today Settings, this is the new location for the Second Today Settings... NEW TRIPOD/QUAD POD INSTRUCTIONS: A NEW BROWN FOLDER HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE NEW "STARSHIP VERSION" WITH THE SECOND TODAY SETTINGS IN IT FOR VERY EASY USER FRIENDLY ACCESS, MAKING IT EASY TO CONFIGURE YOUR MULTI HOME SCREENS... NOW THE ONLY BLOCK TO BE CHECKED MARK IN THE "TODAY/ITEMS AREA" IS THE "WINDOWS DEFAULT".... ALL OTHER BLOCKS WILL BE CHECKED MARKED IN THE SECOND TODAY SETTINGS AREA AND YOU CAN MOVE YOUR CHOICES UP OR DOWN PUTTING THEM IN THE ORDER YOU DESIRE, VERY EASY.... 1. Put your TP in TF3D Mode... 2. Install all the Second Today Plugins that your desire to be on your Second Today Home Screen... 3. Install the "TFDetacher.cab" to the main memory and Install the "TFDetacher.wm6.5+TF3D2.cab" to the main memory, install both softwares in the order as you see here, soft reset your TP... 4. Notice Something new, go to the "Today/Items Area" and notice that the TouchFLO 3D has been automatically unchecked marked, therefore, the ONLY block that you will check mark in the Today/Items Area, now will be the "Windows Default" block, now you can exit the Today/Items Area.... 5. When you exited the Today/Items Area you should now be in the "Window Default" home screen mode... You should now see "TouchFlo" in the lower right hand corner, tap on "TouchFlo" several times for the first time, next time it will be smooth... Now you should be in the "TouchFLO 3D" home screen mode.. 6. Notice again, the "TouchFlo" is still in the lower right hand corner, tap on it, the left soft key automatically changes to "Second Today" and the right soft key automatically changes to the "Today"... Artificial Command Intelligence At Work..!{LOL},{PICTURES COMING} 7. Now your Touch Pro has be changed into a Super computer "TriPod Mode Multi home screen device via artificial command intelligence... Tap on the left soft key ""Second Today", this will take you to the Second Today settings area, where you check mark the blocks that you want on your "Second Today Home Screen and arrange them in the order that you want on your Second Today home screen... 8. The ONLY two blocks that CANNOT BE CHECKED MARKED in this area are the WINDOWS DEFAULT AND TOUCHFLO 3D blocks... After you have chosen the items that you want on your Second Today Home Screen and arranged them in the order you want them to appear on the Second Today Home Screen, you can exit the Second Today Settings area... Your TP is now in the full "TRIPOD MODE SUPER COMPUTER"... QUAD POD MODE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Install SPb Mobile Shell to your TP, if it's not already on your device.. On your TP go to Settings> Buttons> and assign the phone send key to Spb Mobile Shell and exit, now your TP is in the Quad Pod Mode... One touch action action to all four home screens... If you have a lot of pop ups or freeze ups with the Spb mobile shell, just move the SbpMobileShell.lnk file in the Windows StartUp folders to Program Files on your SD Card, if this is not done it will cause freeze ups..... *Note: If the Second Today will not display, go to the brown Second Today folder on the 3D icon page, open it and just TAP on the Second Today icon. Here is the fix for the missing clear storage app, just install the file below to the main memory and soft reset your TP... A clear storage icon will now appear on the "System icon page", work like a charm.....:drunken:

On the real side, the TCPMP YouTube DeskTop Version that's built into this ROM 6.1 and the 6.5 versions, maybe the last free YouTube app on the market, that you can login to your YouTube account and play your YouTube favorite videos that you have saved to your YouTube account...
Another thing, notice how the video quality is highly enhanced crystal clear video resolution quality... You will also get the same type of enhanced video resolution quality with the YouTube app in post #1, the "Tech1 21xYx6.5. cab file YouTube video player, it also has video HQ settings...:drunken: |

as far as what kind of flv? i have no idea, all i know is it needs the on2 vp6 codec to play, itll play fine on windows vista, heres a screenshot of the properties

The reason you got the error message, you tapped on one of the white flags which has no target... The white flags are suppose to be romoved and reset so they can have target apps to go to and the plus sign comes back..That's not a bug, see what I did, reset them....{LOL}:drunken: |

The above TCPMP Player link has FLv4 plugin codecs 2MB, if you get a few one time error messages, they are false error messsages... Before GoogleYouTube change the codes, this was the besst free video player on the planet, it even played MP4 YouTube videos.... This player can only take 276 line of codes...

no, so i just tried that ie toggle 1.1 and i still get the same following error now on my 4th rom when i try to load that vp6 tcpmp

I installed this ROM to see if it would change anything for video playback. I playback a TON of movies from my TP especially when I'm traveling.
I have about 10 movies on my card ripped from DVD to h.264 at 800 kbps Currently running merdin 6.5 these files play perfectly in WMP (the hardware support works super) or 99% perfectly in CorePlayer provided I turn off the QTV overlay so the video out will work without flashing. The first thing I did after flashing back to the Tech ROM was try playing one of the h.264 files.. When I navigate to the movie in file explorer & click on it, by default it opens in Album & shows/plays just fine, but it isn't really any better than the merdin setup using WMP (it looks exactly the same, which makes sense). I then tried opening TCPMP first & then tried opening the h.264 file from file/open within the player, but that gave me an incompatible format error. I tried installing the h.264 cab at that point, but that just gave me the "crash.txt" error & closed out the program........... ~John |

maybe something in that tcpmp expired. like a time bomb or something... because i tried it on about 6 different roms in the past day and i get the same problem. i even had that cab stored on my sd card from a long time ago and tried that one (making sure the other cab wasnt corrupt or something) but nada, cant open that vp6 tcmp at all

I actually flashed this ROM one more time just for kicks.
I opened TCPMP & clicked open on an h.264 file & once again I got an error. Later I realized that after I got the error a few times it actually did open the file, but it was playing at about 2fps & was completely unwatchable. The file works fine played in WMP or album, but it will play fine from those programs on almost any ROM. ~John |

don't know if this has been noted. I thought I'd try your ROM. Voice Command keeps opening and closing when I plug in my wired headset. It stops eventually (after about 10 minutes), but does the same thing a few times each hour. Tried hard resetting, reflashing...same behavior.

A few too many bugs for me to deal with. It's a great ROM, just some issues that need resolving. The phone canvas pops up when closing other programs. Opera pops up during startup. Voice Command bugging out with stock htc headset. Phone canvas switches to standard layout when you start a call in landscape (and even if you close and open the phone to get the screen orientation correct, it still goes back to default orientation (phone closed). There are other issues, but that's enough for now. I may come back in a few weeks. :-) Keep up the good work. I love the way you packed the media into this one. |

i feel like im interrupting a private conversation but can i just say this rom rocks. just a few things that i dont know if i can get. is there a pic mail cab i dont see on here? and is there anyway to add stock to the touchflo. most roms have had the stock. just wondering if its possible to get a cab to add items like that to it. and one last thing is the main window background. even if i change wallpaper the black box behind the clock still stays so it hides the pic. any way to get a clear window. ok im done. thanks

Ok, Ive ran this thing into the ground. I have to say, Im impressed. Im no chef or nothin, but I consider myself a pretty good tester. This thing is smooth. I had mighty 5(which is sweet too) set up the exact same way, And I have 5% more available program memory. I have the detatcher, the phat phinger weather, and titanium., all runnin. A couple hiccups I found.
1)I installed tsowens taskbar and, the hard key volume option went away. I installed the dual volume system, and it erased the speaker icon back to stock. NeverHad this problem before. Minor, i know. 2)Pandora doesnt work. I had it working on mighty 5. Still minor! 3)Personally, i dont like how the file explorer scrolls. it wont stop, and when i try and stop it, i go into a file, and half the time i try installing something. I changed the view to be icon view, but still. Is there a way to stop the scrolling? 4) the facebook app doesnt work. And on another note, I dont see the great fun in livemedia gps. There is nothing ever good streaming. Some boat in the ocean, and a david beckham slideshow. Can somebody direct me to the fun in this, cause I prefer qik.com and skyfire. It works much better. And finally, I dont know if its the radio im on,(i was on telus, Switched to try the new verizon one), but my internet is slow. Signal is weak. It was like that on migthy 5, but i thought it was that rom. But its still slow. I can remember toppin 1100 kb/s before. Im gettin 400 at best now with tcp tune. Is there a better program to boost evdo speeds, or should I try a different radio? If radio, which one? Thanks. All in all, im keepin this one. I just wish pandora would work. |

really want to try it but i am shell3 dudre, any chance you going to cook the latest version of shell3 into your 6.5 rom(by the way 2300x build seems solid, faster than 218xx ones)? Just leave it in shareware mode this way you will not break any rules(just dont register it while cooking it in it gives you "trial" period to play with)
