I havent flashed this rom but can tell EVERY one here why so much negativity in this thread... We've all been flashing for a good while now and have come to enjoy our own person taste in a certain chef (whom ever your favorite may be) and since this has been long awaited ppl expected perfection.. now now ppl we all know the chefs who made this are VERY GOOD.. but once you have some chef you really like it makes it hard to enjoy others work..... for me Silence and Demolition are my roms of choice...but that doesnt mean mighty, juicy..well to many to name but they are all great as i am sure this rom is really good for a 1st time release... these other chefs here have released how many versions? So in conclusion give them a chance to work out and fix the bugs...THE END

yeah. this is my 3rd. but i have never seen those problems on any rom i've tried. ever. i'm back on merdin's now and it's running perfectly. just as it did before i switched. i even have the tachi dialer added with zero problems. i just don't know. it's mind numbing for sure.

instead of working yesterday i spent most of it messing with my phone. i was so damn frustrated...lol

Let it go - some ROM's for whatever reason don't don't play nice with some TP's...My TP could never really load and run Energy ROM.

I'm curious why you want to switch ROM's at all if that's the case??

Merdin's 6.5 runs PERFECTLY for me also & I have no reason to change. I have a spare TP that play around with & try different ROM's, but at least for the immediate future I won't run anything but merdin on my everyday phone.....

because i bashed these guys pretty hard for not having the rom and i thought it only fair that if one was ever posted, that i give it a fair chance. and besides, some of the features they have are rather interesting and i'd like to play with them.

i don't have a spare TP (unless i count my son's and now that he's taller than i am, he may not let me mess with it) to try different roms with so if i want to do that, i have to change mine. and yes, it sucks because i have everything installed i want and it's running perfectly.

Someone else was having the EXACT same problem as you, and we got it working for him finally... please try ONE more time, following these steps:

1. Remove the battery for a bit, then put it back in.
2. Bring the phone into the Bootloader (Power+VolDown+Reset).
3. Connect the USB.
4. Run the flash utility to flash the phone.
5. When it reaches 100% and resets, disconnect the USB.
6. Remove the battery for a bit, then put it back in.
7. Hard reset the phone (Power+VolDown+OK+Reset)
8. Let it run through customization.
9. Pray.

I updated that post with more specific instructions... I don't know if it will work for everyone, but they are the exact steps we used to get someone else's phone to load the customizations when he was having problems (every hard reset was a failure, just like rwcj63 has been seeing).
