OK. I have read every post in this thread, and so far the answers/questions regarding the "Kitchen" have been informative, but I am not sure where to open the Kitchen. Do I upload the .rar file to my phone, and then run it from there, or do I run it off my desktop? You guys Rock, but maybe someone has a link to a cooking how to?

Run it from your computer. Very simply, unRAR the file to a folder on your desktop, then run the Build_ROM.bat file and follow instructions from there.

Question for the devs here... will this kitchen create the same speedy ROM that is already built? Basically are all the features that are listed in the first post incorporated in this kitchen?

Ofcourse it will. The base that's included within the kitchen (oems, drivers, etc) are what matter the most. Those are all the same elements which are currently in the ROM.

This kitchen will just allow you to tailor the ROM to your needs (additional applications preloaded, personalized tweaks, etc)

Unless you do something outta this world, then we can't guarantee the same performance.

I just want to say thanks to mighty mike and silence. This is the best rom for the pro, bar none. It's fast and everything works. I'm looking forward to the 6.5 version. Just wonder if it's going to be as fast. Great work. Thanks for making this thing use-able!

One quick question Mighty... the notes say the Kitchen is based of the 6/24 build, but the changelog for 6/25 mentions changes to the battery drivers and registry. Is it correct then that the Kitchen does NOT have those changes by default?
