alright so I downloaded the kitchen, run the "build_rom.bat file, which opens the kitchen, I select what I want, and push the green button, after this I went into the RUU directory and ran the ROM update utility. after clicking through the steps to flash I get

Error 204 - File Open
The update utility can not open the requested file. Please check your update utility

what am I doing wrong? am I missing a step? any help would be appreciated

strange ive ran the kitchen 5 or 6 times with no errors strange . did you have the phone synced ?
