[10-18-09] SSK 3.0 Visual Kitchen and ROMS! (6.1 / 6.5 / 6.5.1) - Page 2

Hi Great rom man... I am using the WM 6.1 Build 21054 - Rhodium 2.1 ROM. I am trying to figure out how to change the right soft key in manila on the home screen. You currently have it set to camera but I want change that to something else. Can anybody give me a hand here?

EDIT: Forget it... I figured it out. Was a simple regedit.

So far this rom is smoooooooth.

Scott,
I'm on the Verizon TP with the extended battery. I have "Location" turned off and am seeing serious battery drain and wonder if this has already been reported?
It's gone from 100% to 88% in like 20 minutes (AND) it does this on other batteries so I've ruled out the battery as the problem

Thoughts?

Where is Clear Storage? Manual method of hard-reset doesn't work for me.

It has to be your setup. I'm running the same thing SSK 3.0 with the Seidio battery and am getting my best battery life. Keep in mind that Push Internet, Bluetooth, Push email, and other items will help drain the battery. Also, as a side note, I keep "Location" turned ON...and have no ill effects....no change in battery life.

Have you tried Center button +Reset? That's the one I always use...but to answer your question....Clear storage is a tab in Settings/System/Memory

Downloaded the ROM and like it. It's a stable ROM and not to many bugs in it. The bugs i did find are very minor and are do able.

Yes, You want to use CHOME editor or CHome COnfig on the ROM. You can enable / disable what you would like ;c)

Never heard of that. All my beta team said battery was average for my ROMS. Im really not sure why you would see that.

I know you say its not hardware releated... Can you try your stock ROM to verify if you get time? In all honesty, I keep alot of reg edits as simplas I can so I know that there are a couple in there that will affect battery but only for the positive, not negative.

Quite perplexing!
