Is there any pointers or anything I should know about before I flash it over?

After I flash the device does everything still just work as it did with the stock rom? Do I not have to re-enter the ESN/MSL or anything else?

GPS/3g/EDVO all work as they did before the flash?

Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Thanks for asking this! I am about to flash for the first time, and that was a reservation I had.

I have had the TP since Nov 1. I find the stock ROM to be pretty decent...but REALLY want to try WinMo 6.5. Here's my plan:

Use SPB Backup to maintain my phone setup. Flash to WinMo 6.5. If I don't like it, I can flash back to Sprint ROM and then restore my old backup and put it back how I know it will work.

Those with knowledge and experience...does the above sound like a good plan?
