Using your GPS Viewer try setting it to use Com4 with a baudrate of 57600 then select Open GPS ...you should see it scanning if not perhaps its not opening up the data connection to bell.

That seems to have fixed my issue thanks!
Seems a little slow to find them but it did work.
Have no idea what that GPS viewer tool is for lol.
