nah, i'm sure because of the nature of the transaction (a donation) PayPal won't give a crap about it.

it was the risk we all took. it just pi$$ed me off when those folks never answered us and then just took our money and ran. and as far as i'm concerned, the mods here let it happen.

i've been over at XDA to see if anything is going on and nothing.... i think those guys are having a big laugh at our expense (literally).

well. i've now said what i've been wanting to say for awhile now. i didn't have the guts to open up a new thread because it was said by a mod it would be closed. so i'm glad you did. thank you very much.
