Thats not the point hear, that is a whole different topic, and they were already donated to by many members for releasing the unlocker. The fact hear is that they started a thread claiming that they will release a rom for the CDMA users, and asking for donations, and in return the users GET NOTHING, but still donated for the never coming ROM.

for sure cmonex and nochem work closely together at least for pushing msm processors and device ports for win ce so that may have a lot to do at least with cmonex
most of the other members are doing cooperative projects on xda developers and making roms for other devices or helping the community in things like
manila porting, theme creation etc etc etc
okay sure they didnt make a unified rom for cdma big friggin deal...considering how much they did give to the community and chances are with most other devices to come, they'll still give us something or contribute to a project that helps us on a whole instead

and above the fact this thread is and has been locked twice before why does this keep coming up???

also I donated to them and I'm not complaining in the very least

PLEASE!!! They solicited donations for ROM... NOT AN UNLOCKER. I probably would have donated to an unlocker project but that was not the promise.

And also understand that the complaints didn't start flying around here until it had been close to THREE MONTHS since the promised ROM. I think they got plenty of patience from us.

There's no ROM in that thread, simply the unlocker. All who donated are more than aware of the existence of the unlocker.

I've searched numerous times, and also subscribed to threads on this topic.

that too isn't completely true
in each post they gave they had a donation link - not just for a project rom but donating to the raphael elite project
and their project was the unlocker so I assume they wanted people to donate for both projects and not just one.

I don't have anything to do with this story since I came here A.T. (After Theft)... But for me the point is not that they keep helping or that they helped a lot... For me the point is that they specifically asked for money for something specific before it was made and that it was never delivered.

That's wrong.
