Simple solution - watch the thread title.

When the date in the thread title changes to something later than "Aug 12", then we can get excited. Until then, everybody chill and take the pressure off somebody whose doing this for everybody for free.

Simplest solution, Watch the download links to see when a new version is actually there. Most recent thread title said Aug.9 for the Aug.12 rom released (realized it's changed now.), so your advice would actually be wrong about watching the thread title to see when a new release it ready. No one is putting pressure on him, so no big deal. I personally was telling people originally saying "Wohoo, NRG said we're getting ROMs tonight on twitter!!" the other day to not worry too much about reading into that, as he's a busy man and to read that with a grain a salt is all. As the downloads will be there when there there, and that's that.

Very odd. I saw someone mention about there sound stopped working. Funny thing is, i turned my volume all the way down today early this morning (kept getting waken up due to twitter's and e-mails, and i noticed even after turning all the way back up, i still get no sound at all. I boot into Android S/W and sound works fine. It's almost like the sound level got STUCK at the off position. VERY WEIRD, yet not good at all. Guess i will wait for new versions before flashing again since they were already in the process of being uploaded days ago.

EDIT- I turned up the volume, and reset the phone while it was up, and i get volume again now. Weird, it's SOMETHING that caused it to do that, 2 different people reported. Not sure WHAT though. I've only experienced this 1 time. Now that i have been using 23xxx series finally, daily, and last one is honestly quick enough for me. Can't wait to try the Aug.19 rom (or whatever proper name when it's actually uploaded)

i tried july/agugsut ROMs on my Sprint touch pro. but i face following problems:

1. "Plus code dialing" settings dont work
2. i have 2 mail IDs (one owkr & personal) set up but my work mails also shows sender address as personal..
3. batter is draining fast. i again switched back to original spring rom and foudn to be working just fine. but then i miss energy rom.. any solution..

Hey folks,

I have been doing really well with finding solutions to the problems that I have run into with this ROM by searching this thread and the net as well. Everything is going great, but there is one problem that I can't seem to find a solution to. I really like the letter recognizer for my on screen keyboard. My problem is that whenever my phone restarts it reverts to the default touch input keyboard. I found some references to EZsip and some registry keys but nothing I've tried so far has addressed this particular problem. Is there a fix? Let me know where I should look. FYI I tried the SIPchange program and it didn't work for me.

Works fine on the NON-Cookie Sense 21xxx Aug 12th ROM. I can't swear to it, but I think mine may have lined up wrong initially & then sorted itself out a little while later. I also applied the Touch_InCall_Screen_Tweak, but I doubt that matters.

Don't forget the PIM Backup & Settings Export apps. Not exhaustive, but beats starting from scratch.

Works fine on the 21xxx ROMs, otherwise try SetVolume or buy Volumex.

Does anyone have problems with Windows Mobile Marketplace on the latest Maxsense energy rom? Every time I install something, the phone will lock up, and when I pull the battery out to restart, the ROM has been reset (I have to collaborate the touch screen, reinstall everything, ect.)

Is there a fix for this?
