small problem just installed the rom(Energy.HERMAN.23569.Sense2.5.MaxManila.May.10) on to my phone a couple of days ago and i haven't received a text message in days and i test it and nothing whats up also when is the new Titanium rom coming?

update may 23 after wiping data and starting fresh it seem to be fine

Did NRG pull the May 23 roms down... I checked this morning and don't see them?

@NRGZ28 yes to the ROM's with the Dinik anastasia icon/theme. I was running it, through cab files, on your 5-9 2.5 rom and it was sweet. The only problem seemed to be that the taskbar or something kept causing a data error message where it would say passwor or username was incorrect. His CHT theme was also awesome so I definitely say yes to you including a build with it.

I've tried to do my due diligence in searching this thread for a solution to my problem, but have still come up short, so it's time to post...

(I'm using Energy.HERMAN.23569.Sense2.5.Cookie.May.13)

The basic problem is that my SMS won't work correctly. Here's what happens and what I've tried:

1. When using NRGZ28 HTC Messaging app, my msgs don't get sent and just stay in outbox. Receiving msgs is usually fine (although the msg read/unread counter sometimes doesn't work). Since I couldn't send, I tried the disabling solutions posted here and described below.

2. So, I tried disabling the HTC Messaging first via "Zenyee Disable HTC Messaging 1.2.CAB". After disabling, I could send msgs, but the read/unread counter stopped updating. So I tried disabling it via the instructions in this post http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...ostcount=23608. Still no luck, same problem.

I'd like to use the HTC Messaging Client if possible, but I'll settle without it as long as everything works correctly.

Any suggestions?

I use the May 10th release CoOkie 23569 and also the GTX themed May 10th. Have not tried it on MAX manilla... Just FYI

When I tried the cab a while back, I couldn't get it to send either, but if I sent a message from the standard windows messaging then all the texts that I tried to send from HTC messaging would send. It was too laggy
for me anyways, so I just dealt with it until the next time I flashed and just didn't install the cab again.
Have you tried just uninstalling NRG HTC Messaging? I don't know if it's uninstallable or not, but it might be something to try.
