Flash back to the stock, which you can get from HTC website. Hard reset > flash to NRG rom of your liking > hard reset.
You probably know this already, but just in case you don't, first, turn your phone off completely. Second, hold down both the vol down and center D-pad, then press the power button at the top. Press vol up after you see the screen prompts you to do so.

An aside, have you noted one version to be more stable than the others (for 2.5)?

I have the same problem as below. Went back to the Feb 26 rom that had no problems at all with stability. Any of the new energyrom's seem to randomly hard reset - I treid several different ones all weekend before going back to feb 26 version. The apps I install are sprint mms, sprint nav, s1u2 (latest version), galarm, coreplayer.

These all worked fine using feb 26th version.

Any ideas??


For the last few rom releases (3-4 weeks) after a day or so I get an issue where installed programs wont open (Speeedreader, among others) with an error message related to a security issue, activesync (connected to nuevasync for contacts and calendaring) stops working. Resetting it locks it up, requiring a hard reset.

I have been trying to pin down the issue. The only things I have installed are the Marketplace and speeedreader.

It doesnt happen immediatly but after a day or so.

Any ideas?

I was wondering the exact same thing! I think its great already, but hey, if this dll makes it last even longer, i'll sign up! Maybe it doesn't actually increase battery life but only makes it LOOK and FEEL like it does with the 10% decrements.

Can somebody please let us know if it really does work and that they have actually done the comparison?

Again, mind my asking, did you do flash dance prior to flashing to these latest roms? Everything has been stable for me and I am assuming others cause I haven't seen much complaints until the two today (including you).

Yeah, that's what I was wondering. To set the record straight, my phone had been off the charger since 9 this morning and its' past 6PM here local time. My battery is still at 77% with light text, 30min of talk, and some fondling of the phone (you know, just can't keep my hands off the sexy beast )

Had some issues today with 3-20 23549 2.5 really bad sluggishness, and soft resetting when waking the device up, etc.. so I flashed back to my fav rom 1-27-23518.

After installing Energy.HERMAN.23547.Sense2.5_with_Cookie_HomeTab.M ar.18 on my phone, my phone cant no longer vibrate when I set it to vibration! it stops working! Could somebody help please! I tried to instal the volume dll into the windows folder but that didn't help!
