In fact, this ROM has been developed on a Windows 7 machine by deck.

I swear it's actually going faster on win7 than xp pro. but it appears to have worked!

start>settings>today>items uncheck touchflo 3d.

hah i forgot to put the Verizon ROM PagePool to 16 :X If you are not planning on installing a bunch of stuff over it, 24 will work just fine, and would be hella fast on it. Really up to you. I include the pagepool changer for anybody that wants to change it to their own personal preference.

As for the notification enhancement, the reason i excluded it in recent builds is because its buggy and the landscape notifications are wrong. Ive have been waiting for somone to port it correctly, because i would love to re-add it. BBQ time.

I've noticed recently that when I am in a threaded SMS replying with the keyboard, and i click the X then close the keyboard, when it goes back to the home screen theres a certain amount of white space on the right and the soft-key bar shows up twice, once at the bottom and once about 1/3rd up the screen... as if its trying to mix the portrait and landscape dimensions. This happens for about 5-10 seconds until the phone fixes itself.

edit: i think it started happening when i first tried out mike's new rom but I haven't changed any cabs from when i had 117 and it worked fine.

I tell you after trying juicys new build and usings Decks old build like I said total night and day. I just want to know what theme Deck do you suggest with your ROM?

personally i keep my theme stock, as in all black. I havent really got to the looks part of the ROM yet. Been spending all my time on speed and stability. Once the ROM is where i want it to be, ill spice it up :P
