Update time!
Tonight, i raped my brain over and over again until i fixed the Manila (tf3d2) landscape freezing and crashing. Manila should never crash or freeze while sliding your keyboard out or vice/versa. You can now edit your contacts and etc with the hardware keyboard without crashing manila. This has also helped the text messaging part of manila tremendously. Also, i added the option to import your information from your facebook profile to your contact card. Also, i reverted back to htc album 2.5, for a few reasons.
1. Auto rotate did not work.
2. 3.0 removed the ability to upload pics and videos to facebook and youtube.
3. the zoom in 3.0 is horrible. its either zoom in or zoom out, you cant zoom for instance like 50%. Its either zoom or no zoom.

Also, just updated to the latest ms voice command. For the most up-to-date progress list, please always remember to check post #2. I update that post as i progress.

yedranedra: that is a program called 'random access' im sure a simple search and you will find a .cab.

elementalwindx: i believe this is due to the audio manager. If you have alot of music in your phone, it seems to slow the phoen down after using the audio manager. I am working on a fix for this as we speak. Should be fixed in next update.

Dexi and ahigee: I believe i have addressed this issue and should be fixed in the next update. had to due with the contact utility engine. It has now been updated and fixed.

-hit "all settings"
-connections window came up (add new connection, view existing, blah)
-exited out
-hit "all settings" again, from the settings tab
-does nothing

was able to go to programs > settings

how can i get the other today screen where the items go up and down instead of side to side? i thought if i disabled tf3d it would have this effect?

You've got to disable Tflo but also enable windows default.

with touch flo: idle @ 37%
with windows default: idle @ 34%

I prefer Tflo to be honest. I don't think I can get used to the 6.5 default.

I have 600 mp3s on this SD card and it only plays like 50 before it hits the end of the play list. Can you fix that too?

This ROM is looking great! This will be my first custom ROM ever so I am a bit nervous hah..

Couple Qs,
Is this the RTM version of 6.5?

I see you are working on V19 - when you do expect it to go live?

How easy/hard is it to update to a new ROM version? (say if I decide to get 18 going, will it be easy to upgrade to 19?)
