The beta rom is flawless. i still have the quickgps option problem and the youtube problem. No biggie though. I like how you can drag and drop in the start menu instead of just moving to top.

I know I've posted a lot since i've been catching up but I wanted to also ask the reason why this beta isn't a main release if it is flawless? I am testing it and it looks the same but I don't know much about the new changes they are coming out with. Obvioiusly most programs that it is lacking, can be added with a cab, I don't know. I guess I can't get the quickGPS to work so maybe there are still a lot of problems with data connection and stuff, I don't know.

Oh and Deck, if you would like me to report on the beta ROM I will, or if you want me to help beta test with the other guys on what you're running now, I'd be glad to help and report all the bugs I find. I'm pretty good about using the phone a lot to find anything that doesn't work. Just lemme know and i'll dish out aim.

unfortunately, the scrolling fix is a little more complaicated then that. it was dependencies that were missing, and outdated dll's. let me see if i can make a cab with the ish, im not sure if it will work or not tbh. ill post back ina few...

We were all working around the contact scrolling issues with our keyboards before, I can do it again. Thanks for offering though!

P.S. Hopefully you haven't gotten started messing with it since it took me so long to post. If you did, I apologize. Don't waste any of your time on it just for one user! :D AND I hope that those changes that were made to the sys end up getting ditched. It makes WinMo look clunky. It's like going from sleek Win7 to Win95. Not sure why anyone would want that! LOL. Although, I do think it might look okay if things were layed out on the screen a little more evenly... and the text was big to match the massive boxes... but that's another sys... lol

Is 204 the last stable release? What is the most stable recent release with the fewest issues? I have read through the last few days of posts but I'm still confused.

Okay, now i'm kind of having the same issue as veedubguru with respect to the manila calendar. Sometimes I'll try to add a new appointment and nothing happens when you push the 'new' button. Then I soft reset and it begins to work fine.

But after I use my phone for a couple of hours then try it again, it has stopped working again. I do another soft reset and then it works. It goes back and forth. So, this is a small bug.

deck, got any ideas for a quick fix or tweak? Anyone else?

203 would be the last "final release" as it’s not marked as work in progress.

204 is very stable, I've had no issues with it crashing or anything. It is a WIP so expect things to change before it becomes final.

With 204 some people are having issues with Sprint TV, World clock, and Calendar. Also the YouTube app was been removed as it was not working properly.

To fix the World Clock issue

Guys I've just installed the youtube app and have never had a problem with it at all. This was a few days ago that I installed it, so I really don't know what the poblem is excatly, with the youtube app.

Very good, I don't have the Sprint Music Store in the StarShip Version, but that's a good ideal.. I will consider it in the final release version...
