Check out this advanced music player... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=508369. I like the idea of it, but I also like how large my album artwork shows up in the regular tf3d2.

What do you guys think? It's supposed to be a simple cab install.

Hey Deck and all

Hate to sound like a newb but I flashed my TP for the first time last night with your 204-S rom and have been having nothing but troubles. I know everyone loves this rom so maybe I'm doing something wrong or my expectations are too high but here is what's going on:

I flashed and then setup and then hard reset and resetup like many recommend. After that I active-synced. I wanted to get my txt msgs back on so I opened up MS MyPhone to do a restore (fyi my MyPhone acct doesn't have any photos, songs, etc). The MyPhone dload was taking forever so I plugged my phone into the wall and went to bed. When I woke up it was locked up still dloading so I did a soft reset. But instead of soft reseting it hard reset (came back up to tap the screen to setup windows mobile).

No big deal nothing was on there really so I went ahead and re-setup the phone and then reflashed the rom just for good measure. This time I resetup the phone, synced, and then tried to MyPhone restore while keeping an active-sync partnership running. It got to like 90% and then things just slowed down to a snail's pace. I tried navigating around the phone but it was like molasses. So I softreset and it came up and I got to use the phone for a little bit. It was working but def seemed slower than the stock rom.

Still not all my txts were on there (7000 or so is that a big problem?) so I decided to try another method and loaded up PPCPimBackup and tried to do a restore. It got about half way and then locked up. Had to softreset but it wouldn't boot. soft reset another couple times (wouldn't go past TouchPro radio details etc screen) and finally it came up HARD RESET (tap screen to setup windows mobile).

So I don't know what's going on but I gotta think this thing should not be hard reseting on me right? I haven't loaded anything other than psShutXP the first go around and PPCPimBackup the second go around.

Any ideas? Should I reflash for a third time?

Also - I haven't seen anyone answer this question from earlier but what is the fix for almost none of the ringtones working?

7000 txt msgs is a lot and prob has something to do with your problem.

just a little update. i will not be releasing a rom on this sys build. this was basically just a little sneak peak of what ms has been doinbg with the latest UI. These changes will also be imported into the 23xxx tree when ready. as for any fixes, i am not really supporting this sys. was just simply for anybody to see the new UI changes and how they need some major work :P

Alot of the 21928 changed have been implemented into 23009, but its horid. my phone froze atleast 5 times in 1 hour :/ gonna flash back to 23009 today, and see if i can do some work on it. ill keep every1 updated. btw i tried to add u on aim, dunno if you saw the request.

probly not hit me up via myspace if you have that im not on aim alot i use myspace alot more though. also im down to be a beta tester for some builds if needed.

ok so I love your roms..they really are the most stable and fastest ones but I have a sprint touch pro and I installed the loaded one with sprint goodies and it seems as though things are missing like YouTube for one, I re flashed it to see if that helps..will let you know

Deck left out youtube on this build BC it didn't play nice.
