ok 0117 is just about ready, only i cant figure out this alarm problem. it is really screwing with my head, luckily the lakers won so i still have a smile on my face g_alarm does some rerouting and etc, but it doesnt fix the windows stock alarm. i thought it was being caused because of the notification enhancement, so i made a build without it to test and the problem was still there. Something is causing the ring to stop then start to vibrate. grr it must be a reg settings. i looked thru the reg settings for g-alarm but nuthing that fixes the actual windows alarm. as when i installed galarm, the windows stock alarm didnt even work at all, but galarm worked perfect. I want to release tonight, but wont untill i can fix the alarm. if anybody has any information on how to fix this, please send it my way. i will continue to try to make progress as we speak.

btw, i added the bluetooth notification icon to the taskbar in the next build.

looking into this.

ok i seemed to fix the alarm bug. If somone could test please let me know.

Scroll over to settings, then click sounds. scroll all the way to the bottom to 'event sounds' and click it on. You will no longer have your alarm sound cut off when it starts. Please somone confirm this is working. then i will create some new builds.

How does this rom compare to Juicy and Mightyrom? I love the stability of MR5 and like the features that Juicy has going but the rhodium manilla is just too glitchy on Juicy 7.

lookd into the previous issue of the home button soft reset doesnt work for me... jut giving you a heads up... also tested the alarm settng even after doing that i sitill the same error.. looking forward to v0117 thanks for all the good work..

P.S. After writing that checked phone again now home button works... i swear its only after you say these things does these bugs start to go away... even after soft reseting multiple times...

I had been using mightyrom and juicy back and forth since they both started making roms for this phone. mightyrom is excellent for its stability and being a superior replacement to the stock rom. Juicy is definitely more bleeding-edge when it comes to packages and manila. Although his work is certainly elegant and respectable, the latest versions of Juicy 7 have been far too buggy for day-to-day use.

Deck has certainly taken the time to not only address the shortcomings in Juicy 7, but imho made the first "production quality" Rhodium ROM. Give it a shot; my guess is you will be very pleased like the rest of us
