21046 Sys/xip

Here is the 21046 SYS and ROM from a T-Mobile Rhodium device I ported to the Touch Pro. Thanks go to Alexx~ on XDA for releasing. Everything works fine that I can tell but there is a turquoise greenish theme I couldn't seem to get rid of... My first port, enjoy!
